When was the last time you gave yourself the space to dream about what could be possible? Not worry about how, but just what your average Wednesday would look like in 5 years’ time? Your ideal average day that would mean you were living a life of fulfilment and joy (not an escapist fantasy of living on a tropical island after winning the lottery). Where would you live? What would you do for work? Who would you surround yourself with?

When you have a clear vision of what you want your life to be like, you can then start working out what it would take to create that life. What changes do you need to make, big and small? What limiting beliefs are getting in your way that you don’t even realise are there? What’s stopped you from making progress in the past that could impact you going forward if you don’t identify it and work a way through it? What boundaries do you need to set to ensure you can prioritise your happiness? What pleasure have you gained from not making the necessary changes in the past?

The Butterfly Blueprint

The Butterfly Blueprint is a 12-week program designed to help you start the year with momentum to make the changes needed to achieve your 5-year dream life.

  • Fortnightly group coaching sessions to help you set yourself up for success - identify and break through limiting beliefs, break tribal cycles, set boundaries, prioritise self-care, start rediscovering the beautiful authentic you underneath your masks and get clear what habits and thoughts are no longer serving you.

  • Workbooks for each session with additional exercises so you can dig deep and identify what has held you back in the past and make personal breakthroughs in your thinking and habits.

  • A dedicated Facebook accountability group to keep you focused on achieving your goals and support the other members in their individual transformations

  • Weekly motivational emails to keep you on track and focused on the small changes you are making in the 12 weeks that will lead to a bigger, more beautiful and fulfilling life in the future.
